Sizing 

What size should I order? 

Thank you for contacting Just B.! We provide an accurate size chart alongside each item listed in the pictures. These size charts are based on measurements taken of the garment lying flat on a table. We recommend your compare the measurements provided to something within your closet that fits well to ensure a proper fit. Because we work with so many designers, the general sizing may not be universal across all of our items. We also recommend paying attention to the fabric content.

Ordering

Do you have a store location? 

We currently do not have a store front location! Please follow us on social media to be the first to know about open houses, trunk shows and other opportunities to shop in person. 

I have a question about a product I would like to order, what should I do? 

We are always here to help!! Please reach out to us via email at support@justbtween.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can! 

I need to change an order that I recently placed.  Can I do that? 

We will do our best to make the change if possible.  If your item has not been packed for shipping, we can make a sizing switch. If you need to canel or replace an order, please email us at support@justbtween.com for help. 

I purchased an item last week and it is now on sale. Can I get a refund for the difference? 

Unfortunately we are unable to process price discounts. You may return an unworn item, with tags intact, for store credit. The same item may be purchased at the sale price using available credits. We are unable to guarantee inventory of any item. 

Shipping

Who do you use for shipping? 

Just B. ships all US orders through the United States Postal Service. All of your shipments can be tracked at www.usps.com.  You will receive a tracking number via email once your purchasae has been shipped. 

When will my order ship? 

We know the most exciting news you can receive is, "your item has shipped." Most orders process within 3 to 5 business days.

Returns

What is your return policy? 

Please refer to our Return Policy page. 

The order I received is damaged, what do I do? 

Please email support@justbtween.com with name, order number and photos. We will begin resolving your issue immediately. 

Can I exchange my items? 

 We are unable to process exchanges. However, you may return any unworn item, with tags intact, for store credit. Please note our store credit never expires.
